WHAT: scissorspaperstone is a one-day artists book and multiples fair showcasing work by over 80 exciting artists and small presses. It is a rare chance to see, buy and commission editioned and unique work directly from established and emerging artist publishers.
scissorspaperstone spans a vibrant and innovative range of cloth-bound volumes, altered and constructed books, collated digital images and texts, as well as comics, fanzines and experimental work with letterpress, found text and other ephemera..
Book art allows artists to bypass the gallery system and talk to their public directly. It is collectible and can be inexpensive: prices for digital books start at £1.
